Many problems with USA credit rating.

I have watched a few shows on tv in the last week concerning the growing USA credit situation and the outlook is not good. In the last year, the USA credit rating has dropped to a level not seen since the 1930's and is on the verge of being given a risk level rating. This is not good news for anyone who lives in America nor is it good news for investors worldwide. Bankruptcy filings are up 60% this year over last year and when we factor in the housing crisis, 16 straight months of job losses (over 60,000 jobs just last month), the corresponding rise in unemployment, the rising fuel prices, depressed salary and wage increases and other factors, we have the recipe for an economic depression that will make the 1929 stock market crash look like a walk in the park. Yes, the USA credit situation is an awakening giant and when fully awake we are in for economic problems never before seen in America. My advice is to prepare for this coming storm by paying off as much as you can and be as debt free as possible. A debt consolidation loan at a low fixed interest rate would be a wise move.
